Now Uber wants to fix these problems, and they want to do so by “fixing” its culture. They’ve brought in an external source to address the problem they all face (which is themselves).
Here’s the thing with culture. Culture is a composition of the attitudes, values, behaviors and beliefs of everybody and is the result of how all these “things” gel together to produce work.
