Just a week after rolling out the delivery service in Orange and Los Angeles counties, the UberEats-McDonald’s partnership is expanding to 82 outlets in San Diego County. That represents most of the 100 McDonald’s restaurants in the county.
Throughout the U.S., the new McDelivery program, as it’s being called, already has launched in more than 1,100 restaurants, including locations in several Florida cities, Chicago, Phoenix and Columbus, Ohio. There are currently 375 McDonald’s restaurants using the service in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties.
Leading up to the full launch in San Diego, a few local outlets were already trying out the delivery service, which will be available whenever local McDonald’s restaurants are open.
