The damage is really hard to make out. A minor accident isn’t upsetting Dave Sullivan. What’s driving him to frustration is the extremely slow handling of his claim against a ride share company and one of its drivers.
“I’ve never had unresponsiveness from an insurance company. They always accept fault, whether they write a check for less than we envision, they still take care of it. Never had where the insurance company won’t talk to me,” Sullivan said.
The 2016 Toyota Four Runner belongs to Sullivan’s wife.The accident happened in Towson last January with Sullivan behind the wheel.
